API keys are audited periodically. Approved keys include customizable request limits, whitelisted routes, and configurable expiry periods. By submitting you agree to the Runflix API fair use policy.

Common Questions

Most keys are approved within 24 hours. Commercial or high-volume requests may take up to 48 hours for proper scope configuration and quota allocation.

Default keys include a daily request limit appropriate for personal or light commercial use. If you need higher throughput, specify this in your integration description and we'll configure a custom quota.

By default, keys are scoped to the categories you request. If your use case requires access to AI, Sports, and Anime simultaneously, mention all three in your description and we'll whitelist all routes.

Yes — API keys are issued free of charge for personal and learning projects. Commercial keys remain free but may have different rate limits based on projected usage. Reach out to discuss your needs.
